Delivery
Our deliveries are conducted by a 3rd party car delivery service. Delivery is non-cancellable, and the delivery fee will not be refunded once we have arranged the driver's route.
The information used for delivery purpose must be correct:
1. Recipient's first and last name
2. Recipient's full address as found on Google Maps.
3. Recipient's contact number
4. Buyer's contact number (will only be contacted if the recipient cannot be reached)
5. Buyer's email address
One order number applies to one delivery address under the same date and time slot. Deliveries to multiple venues or on different dates or at different times, you will need to place a separate order on our website.

Vitto Bakehouse will not accept responsibilities for late or non-deliveries under the following circumstances:
1. Recipient is not present at the address given at the time the delivery was requested to take place.
2. Address given was incorrect or insufficient.
3. No such person at the given address.
4. No valid contact number was given to us to make reasonable attempts to contact the recipient in order to execute the order successfully.
5. Refusal of any item by the recipient.
6. In rare cases of delayed delivery due to circumstances beyond our control.

Return & Exchange of Item
All our products are non-returnable. All sales are final. We do not accept any returns or exchanges of orders once your order has been processed (Item has been prepared).

Cancellations
Cancellations or changes of orders need to be informed our customer service (via WhatsApp) at least 48 hours of notice prior to the delivery time. Otherwise, the order and purchased items will be delivered to the stated delivery location at the scheduled date and time.

Refund
Any cash refund to your bank due to cancellation of orders will be subject to a 2% processing fee from the total purchase amount.
If we discover that a defect, damage, deformity, negligence or error was caused by us, we will refund the full amount or partial refund in cash / cash back voucher or offer a replacement item, whether we deem it appropriate in our sole discretion.

Damages & Issues
Upon receiving your orders, please check and make sure that all your items are correct. For any wrong or incomplete orders, please reach out to us within 3 hours of receipt with your order number and a clear picture/video of item's condition. All items should be unconsumed and in its original state.

Any claims for defective items received by us after 1 day will not be entertained.
